Our Syndicated Programs:

Don Kennedy's Big Band Jump: Don can be heard every Wednesday and Friday afternoon at 1 PM, and again Saturday and Sunday evenings at 7 PM.  The Big Band Jump program originates from Atlanta and focuses primarily on the latter big band years and the more modern bands of today. Don will throw in a few tidbits of information, trivia, CD offers and more. Show length: 2 hours.

The Original Big Band Showcase With Denny Farrell: Denny does his show from Chicago and can be heard every Sunday at 9 AM, Monday at 1 PM, again on Thursday at 1 PM, and Friday at 8 PM. Here you can listen to the music of the 20s to the 40s with a few modern big bands thrown in. Sometimes you'll hear an occasional interview with the artist that made the arrangement popular. The Original Big Band Showcase is the longest running big band program on radio today, and is the only show broadcast at the Big Band Hall of Fame in West Palm Beach Florida.. Denny's style is sure to please during that hectic day at the office! Show length: 2 hours.

Seems Like Old Times With Craig Orndorff: As the name implies, Craig's show primarily includes the music from the "Your Hit Parade" era. You'll hear some really old songs from time to time along with the newer compositions of today. Seems Like Old Times can be heard every Saturday at 1 PM. Craig's style is upbeat and appeals to the younger crowd just discovering big band. He will give you some trivia as well as news reports and "this day in history" sort of delivery. Craig does not have  a website for his program yet but he's working on it. Show length: 2 hours.

Neal Murray's Saturday Night Fish Fry:  Neal does his big band program right here in the Norfolk/ Virginia Beach area at WHRV FM. The Fish Fry is on every Tuesday at 3 PM and also midnight on Saturdays. Neal plays pretty much any and all big bands from a wide timeframe. This coupled with Neal's extensive big band knowledge and detailed descriptions of the bands of that era make for a very interesting program. The Fish Fry is first broadcast over WHRV FM at 9 PM Saturdays. Show length: 2 hours.

The Really Old Stuff: OK, this is not a syndicated show, but for two hours every Monday to Saturday morning (4-6 AM) you can hear music from the acoustic recording era going back to the year 1900! It is not exactly big band nor is it broadcast quality...But, we decided to put it on anyway for historical purposes. The Wright Brothers and the Titanic era are showcased during this two hour period...music before radio was invented!

And More Old Stuff! Weeknights at Midnight we now have the Cylinder Hour! The acoustic artists from the turn of the century are featured.
